choice for overclocked small and medium reactor

small reactor is 3× more storage and generation, medium reactor has 2.5× more storage and generation,

what if there was a choice to emphasize either storage or generation instead? (power will be erased when swapping, just to eliminate attempting to micro that too effectively)

I think overclock modes were meant to be a one-off for the small shield because the community was really divided about which one they preferred

why not just use capacitors anyway?
