adjustable weight

balancing uneven ships is hard, very hard, and as someone whose favorite ships are uneven i find this a shame. i propose a simple solution, and adjustable weight, a 1x1 building that can have its weight adjusted to be higher, maybe by adding iron or something. this would make it easier to make uneven or odd ships and encourage making them, or just be that last bit of weight you need for a sligtly asymmetrical ship
