Refresh Mod load Order

Simple as it says, to add a button to refresh mod loading order. Unless I missed something, the game is supposed to load mods in alphabetical order, which would allow a mod to start with an a to load before the rest, but I'm seeing it grouped into two sets of alphabetical orders.

Reason is, I've seen that both mine, and a random set of other mods that are popping into the second set of alphabetical order and not the first group. Please see the snipet of how the game does my load order. I've also tried to manually change this in the settings file and it keeps on defaulting back to this.

This might also be a bug!

I think the game stores mod data in a different spot than the settings or the workshop list because if you remove the mods manually, except for local and built-in, it will crash when you go to view mods.

ok, I did miss a post that steam now controls the mod load order

and that didn't seam to change anything. There's an other point somewhere in the game that's controling load order and is still causing two alphabetical groups to show up and for the local mods to load in both sets instead of one or the other
