Wrong ship faction for the bulwark and tenderizer on the steam update message

Hi. the ships in the update notes bulkhead and tenderizer are listed to be imperium ships in the steam update notes. they are under fringe ships in game. i think the update has a typo in it. im putting it here since idk where else to put it
