Tractor Beams should affect projectiles

tractor beams have several hard meta ship types in pvp and a buff like this would be oppressive

This with flack would just make every weapon but ion beams and maybe railguns usless
TB are already really good epically with flipping enemies around

this was just an interesting idea that came across my mind but would basically break the game balancing
