#preview desync while inside a blue nebula

Wow, this was an incredibly difficult desync to figure out despite being extremely easy to reproduce.

Pretty sure actually unrelated to the nebula preview or even the recent performance patch. Has probably been bugged for a long time.

Anyway, should be fixed for the next patch/preview. Thanks for the rec, it was extremely helpful.
