In ResourceStorage, the DrainOnFtlJump option felt a bit out of place to me. I think having a FtlTrigger that fires on an FTL jump would feel more idiomatic (and the resource would be drained with a ResourceChange).
Though I currently don't have any plans to use the proposed FtlTrigger, the design space this opens up around FTL effects could be interesting to other modders.
