Can't select parts when ship is moving fast and using lights

When using a large amount of lights (49 black headlights) and moving fast (167.1m/s) you can't select the headlights until the ship stops or the game is paused. (.ship file, gif and savegame included)

from a bit more testing minimum speed seems to be around the 150m/s point

hmm, it might depend on mass more than speed

seems to happen with these too

also, it only happens on 8x

further testing says it only applies to me

others aren't affected

hmm it seems like it doesn't require lights, just a ship moving quick enough on 8x

doesn't apply to all parts too
