#"Cannot Complete Order" notification for ships that cannot hyperjump or fulfill explicit orders

Idea credit to Stringfellow.

For newer players, when a ship fails to hyperjump, it can be very difficult to figure out why. A single missing door, power assignment, squad assignment, or crew role mishap can cause a gigantic ship to fail to hyperjump, which can be a very annoying problem to diagnose, especially if a player is new to the game and does not know about all these options.

My suggestion would be to add some notifications to the missing parts list in the build menu, and perhaps add an icon below a ship that would indicate whether that ship is able to hyperjump, move, gather resources, fire weapons, etc. A notification that a ship is unable to hyperjump would be the #1 priority though, at least in my opinion.

Additionally, the option to display these warnings should be toggleable in the settings menu, bring up a tutorial prompt the first time such a notification appears, and default to on for the sake of newer players.

I've included a few improvised graphics to help explain my ideas, and am happy to discuss edge cases or concerns with this idea.
