#Ions when targeted at own ship, cannot cut structure

This is something that I just noticed, but in the past, ion ships could target their own armor to free them of all the extra weight, but now when thats done, the armor is destroyed, but when you retarget the ions to cut the struture that the armor left behind, the ions pass right through and this means that some mechanics in pvp that are fundamental to some people's designs just cannot be used at the moment.

oh and this isnt true for any other weapons, only ions

If I had to guess it's probably related to the recent change where roof weapons no longer do source-ship FF when targeting a source-ship part. Thanks for reporting!
