When I am making larger ships, it can become very tedious to scroll around the whole ship and try to track down the one crew quarters that has managed to delete it's expected door. I've even managed to have this happen to quarters that have crew standing in them, resulting in an inaccessible quarters that is filled with crew!
A big yellow "no Door" type icon in the same style as the "no power" and "no resources" icons would make this small problem go away almost completely.

Cool idea, though I'd worry about how busy it'd make the screen if a ship is still being designed/constructed.

I have been reminded that Airlocks can end up with a similar problem if there is no door into the airlock.

Yeah, there's really no reason to avoid having this apply to all parts.

And fire extinguishers - but they are easier to work with.
