it's really weird to see a "deliver 20 iron mission" be a avengers level threat such as tier 18?

Don't the required number of resources to complete the quest change based on the difficulty? I could be misremembering, but if that's the case the difficulty number would make more sense.

i was on a high tier, like 10+ and it requested 20 iron
