Current Version: 0.22.1e

I've noticed that the Economic Difficulty Builder doesn't seem to affect mining resource drop rates, even though Starwright does.

I have confirmed on 3 fresh starts and with my current play through in another system thats not the start system. With both mining laser and labourers.
I have also tried all types of ore but it just wont double the rates.

On Starwright I have noticed on occasion with an ore node of 2 ore would sometimes drop nothing. If its a 50% split it shouldn't do that.

This might come down to the way that the resource drop rate is calculated, but I don't remember enough specifics to say for sure. @fluid zealot knows more.

It was not my intent for econ difficulty to affect asteroid drop rates, this was probably just an oversight on my part. But it makes me wonder, should it?

Well im only looking at this Builder difficulty personally for a group of friends at some point. Im looking at it to ease the need to sit around so much and mine/grind for ore.

I personally like architect for myself, but the people i wish to play with dont have much free time if we ever delve into it. So it would make it easier in that sense.
