Separated RCS vs Main Thrust thruster designations, like Offence/Defense selection for PDTs have

Just a little button that is added universally (so it's applied to mod thrusters in post) that lets you toggle between Rotation, Main Thrust, or Both. So tired of my large thrusters being used for rotation and the small ones used for counter-rotation only, for the most part. Yeah, some ship designs will be a little slower, but will be more efficient- and would be a non-issue if it defaults to Both (like they all are currently treated)
