I heard people are trying to use Capacitors to split large batteries into small batteries purely to power Point Defenses. That's kind of silly, because that's not what capacitors were meant for.
So instead, let's address the root of the problem: If you place a battery that's larger then what it's powering, like a Triple Battery into a two-cell PD, one of the cells will be "overcharged" with a different color, and use all of the power delivered to it.
This way, all the power that's delivered will be used, and you won't have wasted power or have to use weird janky workarounds to have full efficacy of your deliveries.
