I am still planning to be working solo but just for the fun of it I'll make a pros and cons thing too:

Pros:

  • A lot of ship ideas
  • Pretty decent at paint
  • Debt evasion and optimization ''master''
  • Keen with crew roles

Cons:

  • My ioncore skills can be compared to a toothpick
  • Sometimes I go too overboard and put myself into a humungous pickle
  • ||You know the rules and so do I say GOODBYEEEEE MOTHERFUCCA-||
  • Can sometimes be too demanding, including towards myself

I have studied the rules and requirments of designcontest carefully, and I believe I have by far acknowleged enougth of its contents. So, I believe I may ask some qustions. Asking for a special treat to solve a special issue in fact.
As many of you may have already noticed, not all players have a Discord accont to submit for the contest. For example, most of Chinese players. And unlike none-community players, Chinese cosmoteer players are at least partically organized. They make up groups and communities. They would follow rules and accept surpervising. As far as I can see, they are trust worthy to attend any contest. However many of them can't have a Discord even when they know they should and want to. A perhaps acceptable alternative isgather their submission and hand them in through others who owns Discord accont, but it is obviously against our curent rules: "5- you cant submit ships you have not build/designed yourself, unless you chose to colab with 1 or more other players, ......".
I believe I fully understand how our curent rules are nessacery for fairness and convience, but I do requst a exception: I hope I and/or other Chinese Cosmoteer Community managers can help organize the design contest submission in Chinese community (outside Discord server), then submit ships for builders who can't use or have difficulty using Discord here. It is understandable for players to worry this extra measure may brought convience to cheating, but I believe with Discord Cosmoteer Server Managers assisting and surpervising, we can make sure the fairness of this extra submission process.

The Chinese Cosmoteer Community will promise to offer ships and fleet adapted to contest rules along with the basic imformation of the attender and necessary prove to show the attendered joined the contest according to one's own will with one's own ship. I apologize for any doubt and technical inconvience satisfying this requst may brought, but I believe it is worthy, for there are still players who are talented enougth to enlarge our game's ship group not able to join in, for they are my friends and can be yours too.

The rule of "you must submit your own ships" exists so that you don't claim ownership of other people's ships. Lastly I do have to mention that when you are painting ships and submitting them to design contests or for SOtD, they must be entirely of your own creation or collaboration. Though Athyranphy is a pretty ship, it is actually a modified version of a ship I have made known as the Executor, which is a built-in ship you can find in the campaign. As such it would not be eligible for a design contest or SOtD submission.

Well, the issue is many players can't be in Discord themselves, and I wonder If I can help by useing ways procedurally speaking illegal, such as submiting overamount of ships possibly made not by the accont owner (only offering the real owners' imformation but not having the owner oneself there), but under permission. The rules are still actually applyed to every attender, we just added a transit accont to break the platform barrier. And if you are worried about language: don't be worried about being frustrated by unfimilar language, all necassery text will have its transelated version (If there is pure-Chinese names involved, we will also transelate them by mean or by spelling).

Archtects are the ship standard guys like moderators in GD [Who decide which levels are rate-worthy or not, in this case which ship is built-in worthy or not], understandable, but as far as I'm aware you've always been hosting these basically on your own.
