be able to see sights of weapons outside commanding a ship

Currently you can only see the sights and firing cones of weapons when commanding them around. I think it would be a great QOL feature to allow laser sights/firing cones of weapons outside command mode.

How this would work is you can select any weapon and turn on the ability to see it’s sights and/or it’s firing cone. You can do this with any weapon you want to prevent clutter.

Why? I personally really love direct control mode, but it’s hard to tell where my railguns and ions are aiming, how close I can get to a target, etc. adding those laser sights and cones from command mode as a toggle-able feature would be a lifesaver.

It would definitely be nice if there was a way to see those cones of fire, maybe a keybind to show/hide them.

but, showing weapon firing arcs is a setting under gameplay/direct control
