its really quite simple you see , develop a way for players to engage in higher ranks with special faction-specific storylines and faction-only special missions after getting enough fame with x faction

adding a storyline could also mean giving the factions a reason to hate eachother , like "x factions philosophy is better than y factions" or "x faction had bad relations with others after xyz"

maybe a central , once united faction that collapsed and formed the known factions? theres alot of flexibility and ideas that can be implemented in terms of lore and gameplay

titles can have a unique variation of the name depending on what faction you're working for

so x faction can have a low rank title be called worker , and y faction have a low rank title called drone
