just found out about the InputForm class, but when trying to implement it the dialog turns into this for some reason

no matter what i put as a parameter in the InputForm constructor, it always creates 7 text areas and i have no idea why

turns out dialogs create inputforms from the form input

i was trying to set the form to an InputForm when creating it
