#i dont have the edit button for textures

when i rightclick on the texture in blockbench it doesnt show the edit option. i used to have to disable layers then do Control-z and i would have the edit option but that was with previous versions and now the edit option is jsut completely gone.
the image on the left is mine and the one on th eright is a friends

You need to be in Paint mode for the "Edit" menu entry to appear

Shows up just fine for me in Paint mode

alternatively use that Image menu up there, it has the same options
