Animation suddenly no longer working?

Trying to upload my model to Armourers Workshop, and an hour ago it was working fine- I went to tweak an animation to make it shorter and re-uploaded it and suddenly none of the animations were recognized by the mod :( Wish I could give more info but I can supply the .bb model if needed.

This is my first animated model ever so its a bit discouraging :( not even my buddy knows whats going on

To add to this, the animations are named correctly (that im aware of, as I said it WAS working, then suddenly wasn't)
