What do you mean "I need to have all faces textured"?
As in you can't remove faces? Or as in you can't have faces that have no texture assigned?

i need to have allthe faces having a uv map and not culled

well, if by "culled" you mean you can't remove a face with the X icon below the UV screen, then yeah, that can slightly affect lag. Though it depends on how many more faces there actually are afterwards.

If you mean cullfaces that would be stupid cause all solid vanilla blocks have cullfaces set.
