If you are following a Blockbench -> Blender -> Godot pipeline, You should do your rescaling in Blender.

Blockbench works off of a tight grid with a very large grid size. Make a 16x32x16 cuboid in your workspace, that's about the size a person should be. I can see from ehre that your model will be much larger than that. That's fine!

However, if you rescale your model to 1/8 the size or so within Blockbench, you'll be breaking the grid pretty badly and your model will be hard to work with.

Import your model into Blender, then do your rescaling there for Godot. You'll need to guess & check what kind of rescaling you need.
