This is a bit late and I know you didn't ask for feedback, but, the shoulder cannons probably shouldn't tilt with the arm movement. I would imagine they are on gimbals so they would remain level and straight during movement. I would also consider moving the left arm as much as the right arm. Less basically. To give the whole animation more weight, I would play with the timing a bit. Right now it's a pretty linear curve. I'd ease into the apex of the motion, then have a quick, linear motion out of it. Also, a bit of rotation in the hips could add some weight. Overall, it's a nice walk cycle.
