yk when you create a texture for a big thing, like a giant cube, and you select the pixel density (i choose 128 because my game uses 128px always) and then it's like a 4092 x 4092 texture? or a 8128 x 8128 texture? and it's so laggy? how do i fix that?

The options you’re selecting are Pixel Density

#

So if you look at the grid at the bottom of the viewport (the one that you start off looking at), when you select 128x, that means there’s going to be 128 pixels of texture in that length of space

Hence why it’s making those huge textures

#

Your models are probably quite large and causing BB to lag
