change the size of auto UV size?

is there anyway i can change the size of auto UV size?
when i click auto uv the uv auto sized into something smaller than i like it to be, so every time i will need to scale it bigger manually, is there anyway i can set it so the auto uv is scaled bigger?
im using per-face uv.
