#i need help with locating the server-resorcepack folder

i wanna make a custom resource pack, and i found a neat Minecraft server that has cool textures, and i want access to these textures to see how they where done, but i have no idea how to get the server resource pack. apparently google told me there was a folder called server resource pack that i can use to download the server resource pack and explore the textures . but i cant find it...

well the AI here is just wrong
there is no folder "server-resource-packs", no folders in the game even use dashes, they only use underscores
it is correct to go to .minecraft but the folder you're actually looking for is "downloads"
inside you'll find a bunch of folders with wacky names
inside those you can find files with the same wacky names
you can take one, add a ".zip" file extension and sometimes you can extract the files from there

sometimes they are sorta "encrypted" so you can't just extract the files

Also, please don't steal others textures/models. If you want to know how to do certain tricks, you can just ask here, we can likely explain it better than reverse engineering will allow.

no problem, honestly within 24 hours isn't late imo, different timezones and everything yknow
I see that it's not possible to extract the textures sadly
but like what was said above, you can just see how they look in the game
perhaps you could send a screenshot of the texture you want to know "how they were done"?
