#Punished creeper feedback/suggestions!

Id suggest that you work on the texturing a bit more(specifically on the green parts). That would make it look really cool
I know I shouldn't say it... but gyatttt

Lmao
I think they mean more detailed and vanilla.
define vanilla
Such a strange creature, I think the only feedback I could give is that the Texture doesn’t look like the texture on the Concept art
If you’re able to find a Real texture that resembles That of the concept art, I think it would be easier to imitate it when you have a real life reference
well it was based on the warped forest textures so when i actually made the model I tried to make it more accurate to the blocks
Vanilla means it looks like an actual minecraft texture, though, you already kinda did that. the only thing you could change is make it a little more similar to the reference texture wise.
concept art is really good
I dont even think the Texture is the biggest Problem, its more the geometry, its way to much
Minecraft tries to use as little amout of Cubes as possible
I think what would help is, most MC mobs (and even the player) have an 8x resolution, while blocks have a 16x, so cutting your resolution in half may help it fit in
tried to do a small mockup for the face, idk if it helps or not
less detail
your texturing is way too noisy and incidental
going off of the sketch I assume you did (I dunno why its got those proportions anyway) I tried making a face to show what I mean
thanks
Agreeable gyatttt
You could go the save route and start with a normal creeper as base and then add or remove bits and retexture it.
yeah can I ask why it has the proportions of a creeper horse thing with like
that kind of leg design 😭
Creeper Horse is real
to be honest it was more fun to draw them like that, "real" legs that had muscles and joints in mind with making the shape of them
and also giving her a lower end with the horse like proportions lets me do more expressive animations like the sitting animation
the shape of the actual creeper was a bit restrictive to me
