I'm making a scythe inspired by the one Testament from Guilty Gear has, and I've having trouble figuring out how to model the skull without it looking too goofy. The eyes specifically stand out to me the most.

a bigger cube for the skull cranium perhaps?
the skull looks way pointier in the concept art, while the model is made of cubes maybe try to make it have more like pointy parts anyway?
