#Bevels on low poly generic models

What is the best way to go about making bevels on my low poly generic blockbench models?
Typically I would do 2 loop cuts - one either side of the edge I want to bevel and then remove the edge which gives a nice bevel.
However this doesn't always work and is really time consuming plus it puts extra unnecessary edges all over my model.
So is there a better way? Some tool I could be using that I'm missing?
Thanks 😊

maybe it could have less unnecessary cuts if you use the knife tool? i don't really understand what you do from the text alone since i don't have much experience on other 3d programs to know how exactly making bevels looks like

but i thought i could give a quick guess on it. i made a model recently that had me using the beveled cuboid (iirc that was beveled in the name) and my first attempt at it had me doing that with a cuboid instead

im assuming realistic cases where the models are more complex than a cube would require a different solution but yeah try knife tool instead of loop cuts if u don't need it to go all around!
