End portal effect

Hallooo!! I'm still pretty new to this (and digital stuff in general) but I'm curious to know if a similar effect to the end portal is possible in blockbench?

If you don't know what I'm talking about, it's the effect on an active end portal where there's an image that's always facing the camera... Idk if that made sense but you get the idea, you've played Minecraft before!!

That effect is made using shaders, it cannot be recreated using blockbench directly, but mods can add custom shaders for blocks.
