It looks like he has a limp
Humanoids walk with arms moving opposite the legs. If the left leg is taking a step, the left arm is behind the body. If the right leg is taking a step, the right leg is behind the body.
You should also add some hip rotation. The hips don't remain static as a person walks. More feminine characters will display a lot of hip motion, but more masculine characters will display less.
Bouncing - like you're doing in the run animation - happens on every step, not every other step.
How is your rig structured @prime garden ? How do the bones connect to eachother?
Here's how I've structured my model. The minecrafty one lacks joints in the knees and the elbows so I figure this would be more useful to you.
Perna = Leg
Braço = arm
Dedo = finger
inferior/baixo = lower

Zakuuuuuu!!!!!!!
Better, though still weird. The arms should be exactly opposite eachother, but in your animation it looks more like the left arm goes first and the right arm follows after.
Its still janky, but definitely an improvement
It lacks fluidity
Try setting the animation interpolation to smooth
The issue is definitely the legs. They snap back to the forward position too quickly.
