First time Model/Animation for Minecraft Mob

This is the Echo Stalker, A deep dark mob that will stalk you, if you agro them they will stomp their bony leg and summon the Warden but if you give them diamond, they will help you when you're being attack by the warden by calming it down. Let me know what i can do to improve both animation and modeling tx!

I think the texturing on the cape can use some cleaning up. Feels like there are too many shades and the highlights are placed odd compared to the ones on the thingy under the head

thanks!, I think I’ll add more to the shoulders since when I make it flatter, the cape and the hands are a bit harder to read. or maybe its the other way around.
