Can't edit parts of the texture? | Blockbench | Page 1

I don't know what happened, but for some reason I can't edit parts of the texture. In the attached image is the texture with a green free-form line drawn on it. It was all one stroke, but as you can see some parts just aren't being effected. Namely, the textures for a top "block" and an old now useless part of the texture.

Oh it's because of the select tool

When you're using the select tool and the little white border is moving about, you can only edit the texture in there

Just click with the select tool again
