rightclick the texture, click "Flipbook Animation", then add Frames and color in those frames

(or rightclick > Resize and specify the amount of frames works too)

there should be a timeline thing in the bottom left that you can move forward/backwards to swap between the frames

i did have the texture in the intellij soo when i did chanche the texture on the blockbench it did download the mcmeta
