I created the model with the side facing N, is that why I can't flip? I don't see making two elements separately instead of copying one

when I rotate the elements of the point rotation, the angle also changes, which spoils my work, can it be changed?

Is this for minecraft or is it a generic model? if it's a generic, then you can put every thing in one group and rotate that. if not, then i dont know.

I think they meant that the leg is within one group (with sub groups if necessary)

Does Transform > Flip not work for you?
