I have went through 3 tutorials and help previously on this page, yet it still doesn't work. Will someone be willing to take my textures and turn them into a working pack for custom model data?

yeah, that's not a Discord specific problem
you can't send folders
That's (one of) the reason why people zip stuff.

many of your files have the file extension in the name
you probably don't have file extensions enabled so it just added the ".json" or ".png" to the name instead

also in your netherite axe model, the model for custom model data is set to netherite axe when it should be scythe

one more thing, you don't need the folders called "netherite axe"
it could be helpful if you have tons of items but for this pack there is no point
