I made two posts about it in the past, but, no clear answer
If you DO know why M-I screws over my models like this, please tell me.

This isn't a big issue since I can uses modelbench to fix it, but then I have a worry that if I make a bigger model with more parts, they'll ALL be scrambled, and it would be too time consuming and confusing to put them all in the right spot.

I find a post with the exact same problem online but it's the only one WITHOUT any replies?

Its been 30 minutes straight of me trying to fix it in modelbench but its infuriatingly impossible
