Unless they have an extra Download link somewhere in the description (and say they are free to use) then you cannot use models you find on Sketchfab.

Okay but this model ja free to use so What do i download (Whitch file) and how do i import it to my program? I tried everything…

yeah, idk why they wrote able to use in Minecraft and didn't provide a .bbmodel or .json file

The formats Sketchfab natively provides are not useable in Blockbench or Minecraft (well, maybe with dedicated moding libraries, but nothing native at least)
