#FPS Locked at 60

I've got a dual monitor set up, both of which are capable, and run at 165 Hz. My PC is more than capable of running the program at the desired 120 FPS. I've combed the internet for every possible option that could be capping my FPS in any application.
I've seen plenty of people sharing 120 fps GIFs captured within the software, and even videos of others using the software with a 120 frame rate displayed at the bottom.
For reference, I've got an AMD processor, and disabled any and everything that could possible cap my FPS. Cannot for the life of me figure it out.

Any and all help would be much appreciated!

I can’t repro the issue, just for testing do you hit 144FPS on the web client?

The web client also appears to be locked at 60 fps.

Looks like I figured it out

Windows has a bug with dual monitor set ups. Unplugging one, resetting the refresh rate, plugging the other one back in, and resetting it again seems to have fixed it
