#Rotation change in new update

I noticed that there was a change in how rotation works now. Is there a way to go back to how it was rotated in previous updates?

it used to be if you were to rotate one of the axis in animation for example, it would make everything a decimal and rotate the way the axis was pointing, now it will only rotate one axis at a time

You need to rotate the trackball gizmo

Or you need to change the Move Mode to Local or Bone
