I've never used block bench before and never really have done pixelart either, Currently making an animal mod for minecraft but I want this raccoon to look good but kind of cute too. I'm struggling with how to texture the legs mainly, got any tips?

You've actually already done a pretty good job for a first-timer!
Seems like you're going for 32x rather than 16x like vanilla Minecraft (those are resolutions by the way, bigger number means more pixels per amount of space). The biggest issue I think is just focusing on how the light falls.
Try shrinking the legs on your model, and also you should place it in the middle of your scene too.
Consider looking at reference material for racoons (i get the impression you already are, actually), and maybe even looking at reference material for minecraft racoons specifically.
The Alex's mobs racoon model looks really nice.
Ty, I was looking at the Aleks Mobs Raccoon for reference, as for the legs I plan to have the body tilted down a bit so that may make the legs look not as long, if not I’ll just shorten them as you said
