i just wanna see if its like decent for 1st one its simply for pose practice

But the left arm look a bit broken

Consider making the pose like the last pic

And start setting the pivot

I suggest making the hand in the arm group

And so is the legs

With the knees

So you can setup the rotation stable

Try putting hand segment in a group, then arm in a group, then put the hand group in the arm group
