#How do I switch UV mode without my models texture breaking ?

I've textured my model in the per-face UV mode, ended up having to switch it back to a block UV for the texture to be compatible with Java. I tried to remap each UV elements with the corresponding faces of the texture but upon converting it to the Modded format the texture broke again. How do I fix this issue ?

that would happen with decimal sized elements afaik due to how box-uv works in that format
