Having trouble with animation

I’ve been trying to create a swim animation for a shark I have been working on but it always has a little glitch at the end of what should be a smooth transition. Please help

Do you have any keyframes near your last frame that reset the value?

Yes, the very end of the animation is the exact same as the beginning
