So after doing some digging I'm assuming there is no equivilant to the knife tool. I've got a cut out where I have made a loop cut and adjusted two edges to create a shape for me to extrude from a cylinder. What I'd like to do, is add some new cuts to keep the cut line that goes around the whole cylinder. I attempted to use a loop cut again on the new faces and move them up, but it doesn't really align, as I'm just trying to crash two edges into each other. Is there just no real way to go about doing this?
