Feels slightly off with shading but i cant tell what, any help would be appreciated o-o

Not considering the overmodelling, excess in cubes, it looks interesting. The desing looks great, but praticalwise the blade is bad. You could transfer the details to a seath. The color choice it's good, but the shading not so much.
About the desing it's top notch.
You could do something in regards to the shading taking this model I made as base. Shading metals it's straightfoward in general, for bigger surfaces not so much.
Use mirror texturing on the blade and, with an opacity of 70, select the base color, set the brush to color and paint the other side, without mirroring, to give this sense of shape.
For some highlights, a few diagonal strokes.
