I would like to know if this is possible.

no, you need to ask jannis

That should make things easier to contact, then. Thank you!

Dear @minor thorn,

I hope this message finds you well. I've been impressed by the work BlockBench has been doing, particularly with the Minecraft Block Wizard Plugin. I believe a collaboration between our projects could lead to some exciting possibilities.

I'd love to discuss the potential collaboration further. Would you prefer to chat about it in the current channel, where others can also contribute their thoughts, or would you be more comfortable with a private discussion? Let me know your preference, and we can arrange a suitable time to delve into the details.

Looking forward to the possibility of working together!

I will introduce my project here. Even though the message is directed to Jannis, everyone can feel to give their thoughts on my proposal.

Hello @minor thorn,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Kaioga, and I'm reaching out to you with an exciting proposal for a collaboration that could enhance the Minecraft Block Wizard Plugin experience.

I've been actively working on a project called "Kaioga's Block Templates," a repository dedicated to meticulously crafted block templates for Minecraft Bedrock Edition. You can find the repository at Kaioga's Block Templates.

Currently, there are three templates available in my repository, but I am in the process of updating numerous others which I already designed to the latest format version. The goal is to provide a comprehensive and diverse collection for Minecraft Bedrock Edition users. You can expect many more high-quality templates to be added soon.

Upon exploring your Minecraft Block Wizard Plugin, I couldn't help but notice its remarkable potential. However, I also observed that there are currently only seven available templates. That's where I believe our collaboration could truly shine.

I believe that our collaboration would not only benefit our individual projects but also contribute to the Minecraft community's overall creativity and inspiration. The seamless integration of your plugin with an expanded range of block templates would undoubtedly elevate the Minecraft building experience for users worldwide.

I invite you to explore my repository and evaluate the quality and diversity of the block templates I've created. I am confident that these templates, when integrated into the Minecraft Block Wizard Plugin, will add significant value and appeal to a broader audience.

I'm open to discussing this collaboration further. Your insights and thoughts on this proposal are highly valued, and I look forward to the possibility of working together.

Thank you for considering this proposal, and I eagerly await your response.

Best regards,

Kaioga

I agree more templates would be helpful. A system to allow people to add their own would be great too.
. @minor thorn did you get a chance to review this? What do you think?

Thanks for the offer! Creating presets for the wizards is quite a different process though. One of the main criteria for which templates are made available is that they need to be fully supported by bedrock in the latest version without experimental features and without scripting etc. So that's why the current selection is relatively limited.
Custom user presets are an interesting idea, and definitely something I'll consider for future updates. Those presets could also be loaded into the plugins from a file, which could create interesting new possibilities.

Hi @minor thorn,

Thanks for your prompt response! I completely understand the criteria for presets and the importance of stability in the latest Bedrock version. I'm committed to ensuring most of my templates meet these criteria and will be updating them accordingly. I'd appreciate any insights you can share regarding the specific limitations, especially concerning scripting.

In line with your considerations for stable templates, I'm actively working towards having a substantial number of stable templates in my repository soon.

Regarding user presets, I agree that allowing custom user presets could open up exciting possibilities. Implementing a feature where a selected number of user presets could be pinned for easy access without the usual limitations is a great idea and could enhance the user experience.

On a positive note, my Glazed Terracotta template in the repository is stable and doesn't involve scripting, making it a suitable candidate for addition. I'd love to hear your thoughts on incorporating it into the Minecraft Block Wizard Plugin.

Looking forward to your feedback and further collaboration possibilities.

Best regards,
Kaioga
