Hey y’all, so I am extremely inexperienced with armor modeling and so I normally work with artists whenever I can. However I wanted to ask how players are able to make armor look almost like a player-skin.
For example: The first image is an armor set I had commissioned for a project of mine and it appears to be like a player-skin almost. It’s very thin and not bulky. Apparently it’s called a Biped model? I’m not sure entirely but I wanted to try to get some more armor for my project and ended up with armor that ends up being too bulky like this. (Second image) my goal is to make the armor in the second image look like this reference image (third image) which some how appears to be thin and sleek.
Any suggestions or tips? Or just general knowledge or where I can learn more about it?
