Im confused on how to import a mc mob/entity in order to edit it for java edition

You can't do that in vanilla minecraft.

Or well, you can edit the textures, (That's what skin mode is for in BB) but you cannot change models.

To change models you need a mod like Optifine, or Entity Model Features
